Meditation, Qi Gong & Tai Chi Classes start March 19

I will start teaching meditation, qi gong, and tai chi for health and wellbeing every week, Saturday morning at 8, starting March 19.

Meditation is being still and feeling your body.

Qi-gong is a series of slow gentle movements, appropriate from all ages and physical capabilities that involves postures, breathing techniques, and mental focus practiced for health maintenance, healing and increasing vitality. Please wear loose comfortable clothing for the hour session.

Tai Chi is moving qi gong. Beautiful slow movements, like a dance and a martial art.
