“Acupuncture for Grief, Loss and Extreme Stress”

with Christopher Cole, Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Acupuncturist. This treatment will be administered while you are seated, to five point’s in your ear. This will be a quiet, meditative group session that will last approximately 1 hour. Pre-registration with Crystal is required to ensure we are not over-booked. Accupuncture is when fine needles are inserted into the body, at specific points along the energy pathways, or meridians, to prevent and treat a wide range of health problems. Acupuncture is a safe and effective means of treating a wide variety of conditions and ailments. Only sterile and disposable needles are used. This will be a group accupuncture session where a number of people will sit together in a quiet room, a small number of needles will be inserted in the ear, and you will sit for approximately 45 minutes. Pre-registration with Crystal is required to ensure we are not over-booked.
